By using this website or purchasing products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope

These Terms apply to all purchases made through our online store by consumers and business customers.

A consumer is any natural person acting for purposes outside their trade, business or profession.

A business customer is any natural or legal person acting in the course of their commercial or professional activities.

Different provisions may apply to business customers where expressly stated.

3. Contract Formation

The presentation of products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer.

Instead, it represents an invitation to submit an order.

After placing an order, you will automatically receive an acknowledgement confirming receipt of your order.

This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order.

A binding purchase agreement is concluded only when we:

expressly accept your order by email; or
dispatch the ordered goods.

We reserve the right to refuse orders where products are unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, pricing errors have occurred, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity.

4. Product Availability

All products are offered subject to availability.

In exceptional cases, products may become unavailable after an order has been placed.

If this occurs, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible and refund any payments already received.

We reserve the right to discontinue products or modify collections without prior notice.

5. Prices

All prices displayed in our online store are shown in Euro (EUR) unless another currency is selected.

Prices include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT) where legally required.

Shipping costs, customs duties, import taxes and other charges are calculated separately and displayed during checkout where applicable.

For deliveries outside the European Union, additional customs duties, taxes or import charges may be payable by the recipient.

These charges are not controlled by us and remain the responsibility of the customer.

All goods remain the property of DT Concepts UG (haftungsbeschränkt) until full payment has been received.

Ownership passes to the customer only after all outstanding amounts relating to the respective order have been paid in full.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We deliver to customers worldwide, subject to applicable shipping restrictions and local regulations.

Orders are generally processed within the timeframe indicated on the respective product page. Processing times may vary during collection launches, promotional periods, public holidays or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed otherwise.

We are not liable for delays caused by customs authorities, carriers, force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation together with tracking information, where available.

10. International Shipping, Customs and Import Duties

For deliveries outside the European Union, your order may be subject to import duties, customs charges, taxes or other governmental fees imposed by the destination country.

Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, such charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the ordered products comply with all applicable import regulations of the destination country.

11. Inspection upon Delivery

Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:

refusing delivery where appropriate;
reporting the damage directly to the carrier;
contacting our Customer Care team without undue delay.

Any transport damage should be documented with photographs wherever possible.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

12. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers within jurisdictions where statutory withdrawal rights apply are entitled to exercise those rights in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

13. Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or defective product, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible.

offer an exchange;
provide a full or partial refund.

Nothing in these Terms limits your mandatory statutory consumer rights.

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that all product descriptions, measurements, images and colours displayed on our website are accurate.

However, due to differences in monitor settings, mobile devices and individual display technologies, actual colours may vary slightly from those shown on screen.

Minor deviations shall not constitute a defect.

As many of our garments are produced using premium fabrics and handcrafted techniques, slight variations in texture, print placement or finishing may occur and are considered part of the individual character of the product.

15. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to this website and its contents remain the exclusive property of DAWID TOMASZEWSKI, DT Concepts UG (haftungsbeschränkt) or the respective rights holders.

This includes, without limitation:

product designs;
photographs;
videos;
graphics;
illustrations;
text;
lookbooks;
campaigns;
website design.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified or otherwise used without our prior written consent.

16. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Subject to mandatory legal provisions, we shall not be liable for:

indirect or consequential damages;
loss of profit;
loss of business opportunities;
loss of goodwill;
interruption of business;
data loss arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Our liability for slight negligence is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typically arising from such breach.

17. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our contractual obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control.

Such events include, but are not limited to:

pandemics;
epidemics;
war;
terrorism;
civil unrest;
strikes;
governmental measures;
customs delays;
transport disruptions;
failures of telecommunications or energy supply.

Performance of our obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

20. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any contracts concluded through this online store shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

If you are a consumer residing outside Germany, you also benefit from any mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those mandatory rights.

21. Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for consumers, which is available at:

The ODR platform is intended to facilitate the out-of-court resolution of disputes arising from online sales contracts.

However, DT Concepts UG (haftungsbeschränkt) is neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board unless required by mandatory law.

22. Export Compliance and Sanctions

Our products are offered subject to applicable export control laws and international sanctions regulations.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where delivery would violate applicable export restrictions, trade sanctions or other legal requirements.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the import and possession of ordered products are permitted under the laws of the destination country.

23. Promotional Campaigns and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotional campaigns, discount codes or exclusive offers.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers;
discount codes cannot be redeemed after their expiry date;
promotional codes have no cash value;
promotional codes may not be resold or transferred;

Where products purchased using promotional offers are returned, refunds will be calculated based on the amount actually paid.

constitute the entire agreement between you and DT Concepts UG (haftungsbeschränkt) concerning purchases made through this online store.

No oral statements or prior agreements shall modify or supersede these Terms unless confirmed by us in writing.
