At DAWID TOMASZEWSKI, we are committed to delivering your order safely, efficiently and with the highest level of service. Every order is carefully prepared and dispatched from our warehouse in Berlin, Germany.
This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch and deliver orders placed through our online store.
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in Germany).
Provided that all items are in stock and payment has been successfully authorised, orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
During collection launches, promotional campaigns, seasonal sales or public holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
If exceptional delays occur, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to customers worldwide.
However, certain products may not be available for delivery to specific countries due to legal restrictions, carrier limitations or customs regulations.
If we are unable to deliver to your destination, you will be informed before your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Partners
To ensure reliable worldwide delivery, we work with carefully selected logistics partners, including:

Depending on your destination, additional regional delivery partners may complete the final delivery.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.
The applicable shipping charge depends on factors including:

The final shipping costs are displayed before you complete your purchase.
5. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

These delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on customs procedures, weather conditions, transport disruptions or local delivery services.
6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes
Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to:

VAT;

customs clearance fees;

other governmental charges.
Unless expressly stated otherwise during checkout, these charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we cannot estimate or reimburse such charges.
Please consult your local customs authority before placing your order if you have any questions.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Where available, this email will include:

your tracking number;

a tracking link;

information about the selected carrier.
Tracking information may require up to 24 hours to become active.
8. Delivery Attempts
If delivery cannot be completed successfully, the carrier may:

make another delivery attempt;

leave the parcel at a designated collection point;

leave a delivery notice;

contact you to arrange an alternative delivery.
Please ensure that your delivery address and contact details are accurate before placing your order.
9. Undeliverable Parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because:

the delivery address was incorrect;

delivery was repeatedly unsuccessful;

customs charges were refused;
-
the parcel was not collected in time,
we may contact you to arrange reshipment.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
If you choose not to have the parcel reshipped, any refund will be made in accordance with our Returns Policy. Shipping costs already incurred may be deducted where legally permissible.
10. Lost Parcels
If your parcel appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.
A parcel is generally considered lost only after the carrier has completed its investigation.
Where appropriate, we will arrange:

a replacement shipment;

a refund;

another suitable solution.
11. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, we recommend:

inspecting the parcel before accepting delivery;

documenting any visible damage with photographs;

reporting the damage to the carrier where possible;

This helps us resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
12. Split Shipments
Where an order contains multiple items, we may dispatch products in separate shipments if this enables faster delivery.
No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments initiated by us.
13. Sustainability
Wherever possible, we use responsibly sourced packaging materials and aim to minimise unnecessary packaging while ensuring that your order is protected during transport.
We continuously evaluate our logistics processes to reduce environmental impact without compromising product quality or customer experience.
14. Force Majeure
Delivery times may be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

We shall not be liable for delays resulting from such circumstances.
