2. Payment Currency
Unless otherwise stated, all prices are displayed and charged in Euro (EUR).
If you choose to pay in another currency (where available), the final amount charged may vary depending on the exchange rate applied by your payment provider or financial institution.
Any currency conversion fees are determined solely by your payment provider.
3. Payment Authorisation
When you place an order, your selected payment method will be authorised before your order is processed.
A purchase agreement is only concluded in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where:

incorrect pricing is displayed due to a technical error;

fraudulent activity is suspected;

products are unavailable;

legal restrictions prevent fulfilment.
If payment has already been received, any refunded amount will be returned using the original payment method wherever possible.
4. Credit and Debit Cards
Payments made by Visa, Mastercard, American Express or other supported cards are processed securely via Shopify Payments.
Your card details are encrypted during transmission using industry-standard security protocols.
For your protection, we do not store complete card numbers or security codes (CVV/CVC) on our own systems.
5. PayPal
If you choose PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal website or application to complete your payment.
Your payment is governed by PayPal's own terms and privacy policy.
Refunds for PayPal transactions will normally be credited back to your PayPal account.
6. Shop Pay
Shop Pay offers a fast and secure checkout experience for eligible customers.
If you use Shop Pay, your payment and saved checkout information are processed in accordance with Shopify's privacy and security standards.
7. Apple Pay and Google Pay
Apple Pay and Google Pay enable eligible customers to complete purchases quickly using compatible devices.
Authentication is carried out by your device using the security methods configured by you, such as Face ID, Touch ID or your device passcode.
8. Klarna and Sofort
Where available, Klarna and Sofort provide additional payment options.
These services are supplied by independent payment providers.
Any financing, instalment payments or deferred payment options are subject to the respective provider's own terms and approval process.
We have no influence over their credit assessment decisions.
9. Bank Transfer (Advance Payment)
If Bank Transfer is selected, payment must be received in full before your order is dispatched.
Our bank details will be provided after your order has been placed.
Please include your order number as the payment reference to avoid delays.
Orders may be cancelled if payment is not received within the specified payment period.
10. Taxes and VAT
For deliveries within the European Union, prices generally include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT), unless otherwise stated.
For deliveries outside the European Union, local import duties, customs charges, VAT or other taxes may become payable upon import.
These charges are determined by the authorities of the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer.
